2023 Land Sales in Winona County by township

County Assessor John Conway presented a summary of land sales to a bi-monthly gathering of township officials – a summary of his observations is here. Homes for sale continue to be fewer than the demand and prices are expected to continue to reflect that difference. Land prices are expected to rise 4-5% in the next year. The full report is on the county website.

It’s (still) winter road maintenance season – please contact township supervisors with your ideas, comments, and needs. We have an unusually high number of miles of road to take care of and our maintenance man, Willie Erdmann, needs every minute he has to keep things in good shape. Everyone’s help is appreciated.
